Sleep Plus mattresses are backed by a comprehensive warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid from the date of purchase. Coverage is available exclusively for high-end models and varies based on mattress specifications and customizations.

Tiered Warranty Coverage
Warranty coverage is tiered over time, with customer contribution increasing as the mattress ages:

Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a claim, please:

Warranty Remedies
Upon validation of the claim, Sleep Plus will, at its discretion:

Provide a new mattress of the same model and size, or a comparable model if discontinued.

Post-Warranty Service
If the warranty has expired and service is still requested:

The customer will be responsible for 100% of repair or replacement costs, including transportation.
