At AL RAAD MATTRESSES AND PILLOWS UPHOLSTERY SPS LLC, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. We're here to make the return process as simple and transparent as possible.
Products Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for the following:

Products damaged due to misuse or showing signs of wear, even if under warranty

Products that have been used, altered, assembled, or installed, unless defective

Personal-use items removed from packaging, including:

Bedding, mattresses, bath products

Kids’ items, pillows, sheets, comforters

Bean bags, duvets, duvet covers, memory foam

Towels and bathrobes

Assembled products, unless they have a verified manufacturing defect (repairable at our discretion within 6 months)

Exchange requests for a different size or color (we do not offer exchanges — please return the item and place a new order)
Return Instructions

Only non-furniture items are eligible for return

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery

Products must be returned in:

Original packaging

With the invoice

Including all accessories, promotional gifts, and warranty cards

Refund Processing
If paid by Credit or Debit Card:

3–5 business days: For AL RAAD MATTRESSES AND PILLOWS UPHOLSTERY SPS LLC to receive the returned item

2 business days: For quality inspection and refund approval

4–15 business days: For your bank or card issuer to process the refund
If paid by Cash on Delivery (COD):

The COD charge is refundable only if the entire order is returned
