Welcome to Alraads UAE. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By using our website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of Our Website

By accessing our website, you agree to:

  • Use the site for lawful purposes only

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information

  • Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activities

  • Not attempt to access or interfere with our website’s security, servers, or networks

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts for any violations of these terms.

2. Orders and Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability

  • Prices, delivery charges, and totals are shown before payment at checkout

  • We accept payments via Credit/Debit Card and Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD charges are non-refundable unless the entire order is returned

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud

3. Delivery and Shipping

  • Non-customized products: delivered within 3–4 business days

  • Customized products: require 5–7 business days

  • If both delivery attempts fail, the order will be returned to us

  • You must contact us within 5 working days to reschedule delivery

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery (non-furniture items only)

  • Items must be unused, unassembled, in original packaging, and include invoice and accessories

  • Some products (e.g., mattresses, bedding, personal items) are non-returnable once opened

Refunds:

  • Card Payments: 3–5 business days to receive the product, 2 days for quality check, and 4–15 days for the bank to process the refund

  • COD: No refunds via cash or bank transfer for online returns. COD fee refundable only if the full order is returned

5. Warranty

Some products, such as Sleep Plus mattresses, include warranty coverage. Warranty terms vary by product and are detailed on our Warranty Policy page.

Misuse, normal wear, and transportation costs are not covered.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logos, text, images, software, etc.) is the property of Alraads UAE or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.

7. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party providers for hosting, analytics, and payment processing. These parties are contractually obligated to protect your data.

Our website may also link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

8. Limitation of Liability

Alraads UAE will not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Delays or failures due to events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, outages)

  • User misuse of our products or services

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. All changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site confirms your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). All disputes will be handled under UAE jurisdiction.
